It is already a classic in our range and stands out. Now the new vintage is out! The cruasé is a play on words from cru (selection) and rosé (because of the color). A wine bottled only in Oltrepò Pavese. This region is the second largest Pinot Noir growing region in Europe after Burgundy.

The cruasé from the small, friendly Torre Degli Alberi winery is a special wine that, despite being left on the yeast for quite a long time in the bottle, is still drinkable and has a copper-reddish color that almost seems to shine.

In 2022, this wine was awarded one of the best sparkling wines from Oltrepò Pavese by the wine magazine Vinum.

Aromas of strawberry, tangerine and bakery can be discovered in this sparkling wine.

Philippe Gantois ist unser einziger Winzer und Önologie im Sortiment, der parallel zwei Weingüter managt. Nachdem der gebürtige Champagnon die Domaine La Madrague in der Provence zu einer tollen Marke formte, ist er nun auch wieder an seiner Heimatfront unterwegs.

Champagne Gérin & Fils ist ein kleiner Traditionsbetrieb mit Weinbergen an der Côte des Blancs und der Montagne de Reims, den das Weingut befindet sich genau an der Grenze.

Im Keller verbindet Gérin & Fils traditionelle Handwerkskunst mit moderner Vinifikation: Jeder Wein wird parzellen- und sortenrein vinifiziert, oft getrennt in Edelstahl oder Eichenfässern.
